Hi, I’m Laura Pavliuk—a certified Gestalt psychotherapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals reconnect with themselves and live more conscious, fulfilling lives. I believe deeply in the power of therapy to transform our emotional well-being, and I’ve seen firsthand how overthinking, fast-paced living, anxiety, stress, and suppressed emotions can take a toll on both our mental and physical health.

My work is grounded in a holistic approach, integrating the mind, emotions, body, interpersonal relationships, and spirit. In sessions, I often incorporate body awareness, grounding techniques, breathing practices, and meditation to help clients access deeper levels of awareness and healing.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a holistic understanding of the human experience. I integrate mind, body, emotions, and spirit — blending traditional Gestalt therapy with body awareness, grounding techniques, breathwork, and meditation. I believe healing begins not with fixing, but with meeting ourselves as we are — tenderly, truthfully, and without judgment.

  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is helpful in various situations that cause anxiety, stress, anger, grief or conflict.
In a comfortable, private setting, we explore and cover different essential issues and topics.

  • Meditation & Breathing

I am using body awareness methodology, meditation, controlled breath patterns and grounding techniques to take you into a deep state of consciousness that provided a fast-track to emotional healing.

  • Couples therapy

In these sessions, I help you to develop communication skills and reconnect as a couple. Through the online couple therapy sessions, you will learn to listen, hear and understand each other and watch your connection grow into a new quality-based relationship

  • Group therapy

Group therapy topics range in a manner that allows multiple different people to work through various problems and provides an opportunity to connect with others who might not be going through the same issues but at the very least understand your feelings and support you through them.

I’ve led seminars and therapeutic sessions across the globe — in Lithuania, Spain, Mexico, Georgia, Latvia, and the UAE. I teach and supervise at the Vilnius Gestalt Institute, and I’m a certified member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT). My studies have also taken me to India, where I completed advanced yoga and meditation training at the Isha Yoga Center, and I hold additional certifications in suicide prevention and art therapy.

Beyond my professional life, I’m also a mother of two and a wife — continually learning how to balance caring for others with caring for myself. I believe we are always evolving, and that therapy is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to who we’ve always been — alive, sensitive, and real.

If something in this speaks to you, I invite you to pause and listen — perhaps your journey inward begins right here.
