How to Prepare for Your Guided Meditation
- Find a Quiet Space
Choose a place where you won’t be disturbed. - Get Comfortable
Sit or lie down in a cozy position. Use a cushion, chair, or bed. - I Recomend to Use Headphones
Headphones are optional but can help you focus better. - Relax and Press Play
Close your eyes if you like. Listen to the voice and follow along. - No Pressure
It’s normal for your mind to wander. Gently return to the meditation when you notice.
