How to Prepare for Your Guided Meditation

  1. Find a Quiet Space
    Choose a place where you won’t be disturbed.
  2. Get Comfortable
    Sit or lie down in a cozy position. Use a cushion, chair, or bed.
  3. I Recomend to Use Headphones
    Headphones are optional but can help you focus better.
  4. Relax and Press Play
    Close your eyes if you like. Listen to the voice and follow along.
  5. No Pressure
    It’s normal for your mind to wander. Gently return to the meditation when you notice.
